Composing task

Practice your new skills by composing a rhythmic composition using techniques that you have learnt:

  • Call and copy
  • Call and response
  • Layers/polyrhythms
  • Grab, Rake, Open Palm, Side Palm

Notate ideas in your workbooks. Use word rhymes to help you, e.g. "Don't clap this one back".


Lesson 12

You will continue planning and rehearsing your spoon composition, ready for to perform to the rest of the group.
