Home Study 1 - Download Scratch

  1. Ask you parent if you can download and install Scratch on the computer. 
  2. Download Scratch at home from the link on MyHighcliffe 
  3. Click on the 'Continue to Scratch download' text 
  4. Click on your computer version as shown in the picture below (either Mac or Windows). 
  5. Click 'Save File' to start it downloading.
  6. The download will then ask where you want to save the file, you can use the desktop folder for now and delete the file when it has installed. 
  7. Once it has downloaded it may automatically ask you to 'Run' it, or navigate to the desktop and click on the file called 'ScratchInstaller' 
  8. Follow the instructions that the installer shows you to complete the task.
