In Year 9 Art Textiles we build on our skills and confidence. Year 9 is a 'foundation year' to prepare students for Years 10 and 11. Students spend Year 9 experimenting and trying out all sorts of different art textile techniques and materials. Students also look at relevant artists and cultures and ways in which they can take inspiration from these in their own work.
