Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat
Well done to all staff and students involved in our production, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Our cast this year were exceptional and gave a truly stunning performance. We look forwards to working with you all again soon!
Music Production and Bournemouth University
Year 10 and 11 Music Production students enjoyed a visit from Bournemouth University Faculty of Science and Technology today. Dr Panos Amelidis, a Lecturer in Audio and Music Technology, gave a presentation on the nature of study at university and the Music Production pathways available.
Year 7 choir sing at Somerford Community Centre
As part of the Public Health & Wellbeing programme for Christchurch and East Dorset Council, the Somerford Arc Community Centre organises a Christmas lunch for older members of the community who can feel particularly isolated at this time of year. The Year 7 Choir were invited to sing a selection of Christmas carols during this event.

Song Writing Workshop with Dom Sigalas
With the purchase of the latest Music Production software Highcliffe School has had the opportunity to become a Steinberg Certified Training Centre and a leading specialist in Music Production. As part of the Steinberg training provision we were able to bring in the music industry practitioner Dom Sigalas to run a songwriting workshop for our 65 GCSE music students

Year 11 GCSE Showcase Performance Evening
Around forty students were involved in an evening that showcased their hard work and weeks of preparation rehearsing and refining their ensemble pieces ready for the GCSE coursework performance.
